IT-Information technology . It produces hardware, software, and companies that provide internet and related services.
IT is otherwise known as *SILLICON VALLEY OF INDIA* .It gives homes to many people across the world. It focuses on applying technology to solve business issues . Some examples of IT jobs are user support,system administrators , project manager etc., it's a career choice for anyone wanting to make a good income. Sadly, there are many disadvantages in that job but it has some advantages.

There are two reasons for no job in IT: if you are not interested in this job and you didn't concentrate on your projects they resign you and when the company is completely closed the job opportunity is not guaranteed. Nowadays IT jobs get more riskier.
2. Life time learning
In the IT field people always update themselves day by day . Want to learn as much as possible to get knowledge.From the beginning colleges studies are not enough so you want to update yourself daily. They will fire you when you are not updated.
3. After 15 years of experience no job opportunity :
When you reach 15 years experience the technologies get old for you. then the new students, employees get more knowledge and updates from new technologies. They follow current technology and work faster than the experienced one.
4. Long time working hours:
The usual working hours for this job are about 8 hours that's what we think .But they are given their tasks for full time even on weekends. There are around 20,30 projects the person who didn't do their projects well they send escalation mail to inform your not doing well .so there are 50% chances only for jobs.

HOW TO MAKE IT HEALTHIER:
1. PROPER SLEEP:
Normally the people should sleep at least 7 to 9 hours a day to maintain a proper sleep wake cycle and make the body healthier. But in the IT field people are sleeping about 4 to 5 hours only. Due to this , the person leads to heart disease, stroke,high blood pressure, obesity and increased blood sugar etc., Have some naps in between the works.Have a proper sleep cycle for at least 6-7hours by avoiding mobile phones.

2.AVOID EYE PROBLEMS:
In the IT field people are always working in the digital world ( Laptops, Tablet, Android, Mac) so give a rest for the eyes. There are many exercises to make healthy eyes.
1. Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation for eyes
2. Blinking
3. Rotate your eyes down and up
4. Sidewise look both right and left eyeball
5. Diagonal rotation
There are many exercises like this Do some of them to get rid of eye problems.
3. MAKE A FAMILY TRIP:
On your weekend avoid your work and make some time to spend with your family and enjoy yourself . Avoid digital screens and spend time on natural screens .Have some healthy routine like home facial massages,spa or massage at home twice a week Lead a peaceful journey to make your mind peaceful. Make some favourite dishes for your family. By family trips you can build family Bonding , it creates long lasting memories, reduces stress, it increases happiness and strengthens the relationship so make some family trips to enjoy yourself.

4. EXERCISE AND YOGA:
It helps strengthen the body and it makes relaxation , concentration and meditation improve physical and mental strength.
Exercise and yoga are good for making body peace and relaxation.
So do some easy and simple exercises and yoga to make the body healthy and strong.

These are the yogas that improve our memory and concentration.
5. LISTEN SOME MUSIC:
Some music is there to make our mind peaceful. Listen to your favourite song such as melodious and devotional. It makes us happy and listening to music reduces the stress level by 61% , it improves sleep, memory and learning. You hear some Ilayaraja and U1 melodies to relax your mind.
6. HEALTHY FOODS:
Many nutrition foods are available to make the body perfect. Eat some foods which contain proper nutrition, protein and fibre.
Avoid carbohydrates and drinks.
Eat some natural fruit juices , salad , sprouts, grams and many vegetables in your break time to get a boost.
These are the ways that make the IT field healthier..Eating healthy food helps you live longer , improves immunity, strengthens your muscles,boosts energy , lowers the risk of heart disease , helps for good digestion so take healthy food in your busy schedule.
