So what causes heart attack?In simple, The blockage in the coronary artery(which is used to pump the heart)And it affects more in men than women.As per statistics,In world 1.8 crores people died in heart attack and strokes.And in India 21 out of 100 peoples in diabetes and 11 out of 100 peoples in non-diabetes and 5 out of 10 youngsters were dying due to heart attack.
The research says,before COVID people aged above 50s cause heart diseases but in post COVID,we can see that the people aged 30 to 50 were suffering a lot .And As per research, people were believing that cholesterol is the major reason for heart attack but it is not probably true because 70% people with above 130mg/dl LDL(Low density lipoproteins)and 50% people with above 150mg/dl LDL causing heart attack.

Vapers increases 34% risk compare to non-vapers.
2.DIABETES :-
In heart attack it occurs as ARTHEROGENIC DYSLIPIDEMIA TRAITS which shows an deadly combo of highly free triglycerides,high LDL level, low HDL level.
3.HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE :-
Due to increased pressure some sudden clots and blockages may occur.
4.OBESITY :-
Due to this,bp and cholesterol may increase.
In average,waist size in men should not be above 40inch and in women it should not be above 35 inch.
5.GENETICS:-
The people with fitness and highly diet concious also cause heart attack.
For example:-The famous karnataka actor punith raj kumar and the famous cricketer sovrau Ganguly met with heart attack.
As per research,comparing to other countries like iropa ,Indians have small size coronary artery so people living in India have high risk heart attack.

Presence of uric acid and increased homocysteine also the factor and the person with B-12 deficiency also affects.
7. STRESS AND MENTAL HEALTH:-
High levels of stress, anxiety, and depression can contribute to heart problems. Chronic stress can lead to high blood pressure and other cardiovascular issues.And this is called as type A personality.

Air pollution is one of the major cause.Now a days,the atmosphere is highly polluted due to various gases like nitrous di oxide and sulfur di oxide affect the heart by narrowing and hardening the blood vessels.

1.QUIT SOMKING-
Stopping smoke for 1 year lowers the risk of 50% of heart attack.
2.REGUALAR EXCERCISE:-
150 mins walk a week
75 mins cycling a week
2 days of strengthing excercise in a week
3 . REGULAR DIET:-
Healthy diet make prevent from many health related diseases.
Taking fibers, vegetables like carrots and beetroots.
100-200grams fruit like pomegranate and oranges.Taking 1 boiled eggs a day is a good diet for avoiding heart disease.
4.AVOID JUNK FOODS:-
Refined sugar, refined flour and refined oils and processed foods like prefried and precooked foods should be avoided.
Junk foods and instant foods should also be avoided.Animals fat and trans fat and salt can be eliminated.
5.GENETICS:-
A family history of heart disease can predispose young individuals to heart attacks. Genetic factors can play a significant role in one's susceptibility.
People with the history of heart disease should have the proper checkup like bp, cholesterol and sugar.The bp should maintain 130/80 mmHg in average .
6.PROPER SLEEP:-

We should not take Aspirin or Statins to prevent heart disease without doctor consultation which may also increase side effects like increased sugar level and bp level.These medicines can be taken in secondary level.
